The need for a peaceful co-existence and the security of the elements within our communities is very key. For over decades now, locally and internationally, focus has been on decreasing dangers against human security and also avoiding risks which leads to violence and conflict. These threats if not attended to, can undermine communal security, human safety and survival. That is why the United Nations sustainable development goals have placed premium on peaceful and inclusive society. The voices for peace will through surveys, advocacy and stakeholder engagements, help promote peace and security within our communities.
